(the “Company”) (BRND), a company in the business of creating, acquiring and marketing consumer packaged goods and new product development, today announced that the Company will be providing a new product development service, VIP Product Development Service, to its clients.

 Premier Brands Inc. will now provide consumer packaged goods companies and entrepreneurs with new product development of beverages, food, novelties, and other consumer goods. The new service includes formulation, product packaging, project management and branding for consumers, distributors and retailers.
